And today

And today is another day.  Hoorah!

It's been an odd week, it has indeed.  Seeing people I didn't expect to see, not seeing ones I did.  Pushing up through the weight of things that have been weighing me down.  Fighting through fears and reluctance, saying yes when I want to say no. Getting back down to business.

There is still so much to conquer, but for today, I appreciate these things:

1. The girl on the bus with the heart glasses
2. The guy with the fake broken down truck
3. Catching up with old friends
4. Catching up with new friends
5. Using my writing skills
6. The return of summer
7. The Suzuki Diaries
8.  The lovely people with whom I spend my weekdays
9. A good deal on some new old furniture
10. The good kind of hurt
11. Fizzy water and fruit salad
12. Laughing till I cry about David Byrne not being Jim Byrnes
13. Beck's Modern Guilt

Onwards and upwards (rather than laterally).
